Chef and Owner Kim Chaimongkolchai started his culinary journey in his home country of Thailand. Later attending The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, he has over a decade of experience in both Western and Thai cuisines. He aims to enrich New York City with contemporary Thai flavors.
